Drilled Beach Stones
We collect these stones, mostly from Lake Michigan beaches, and drill them ourselves. The stones aren’t polished, they’re just rough-tumbled after drilling to contour the edges of the holes. This doesn’t alter the appearance of the stones, which are for people who want to work with natural materials. The images show typical examples of the different sorts of stones, but remember that no two stones are identical. In fact variation is part of their appeal.
